We at Silcox Coaches take the privacy of our clients seriously. The Silcox Coaches website features a number of forms asking for personal information, such as our Coach Hire Quotation Form, the Booking Request Form and the Customer Query Form. All information collected through these forms is treated in utmost confidence, and no information whatsoever is passed on to any 3rd party.
All forms temporarily place a "session cookie" on the client computer which contains the information collected through the form. This is to ensure that no information is lost when refreshing the page or if additional data is needed in order to process the form. The cookie is strictly limited in its lifetime, and all data associated with it is automatically deleted when your request is submitted, if you go to another page on the website or else when the browser is closed. This means that filling in our website forms even on a public computer, such as at work, school or in a library, will not pose a privacy threat to any user.
