Please make your Awayday booking as early as possible, as in this way we can gauge the likely demand well in advance. If there should be inadequate demand, or if it is impossible to operate the Awayday for any reason, we must reserve the right to cancel the departure. In this case, all monies will be refunded in full. When making your booking please leave your address and a day time telephone number where you can be contacted.
Please be mindful when making your booking that refunds will only be made in the event of the Awayday being cancelled. No other grounds will be considered or made allowance for.
In certain cases it may be necessary to change some of the details quoted in this brochure. You will be advised of any such variation. Only in cases where the Company is at fault, refunds will be offered.
Some Awaydays include an entrance fee or some other facility. These are shown and details are given of the particular item included.
Please be aware that for Awaydays to the Millennium Stadium, tickets are not included for rugby and soccer matches or any other performance, unless stated in the brochure. We operate a coach only facility to these events.
